Late summer is an interesting time: depending on the year, we may be just days from harvest, but we may be weeks away. And when it comes to ripening grapes, there's nothing we can do - we just have to wait for Mother Nature to do her thing. That said, there are plenty of other ways we stay busy so that we are ready to go as soon as the time is right. Join Vineyard Manager and third-generation grape grower Mike Hendry on a walk around the property, as he shares information about the vineyard team's preparations for harvest. After the vineyard walk, you will return to the winery for a flight of seasonal wines alongside some nibbles.
Note that this event will include walking on terrain that can be uneven or muddy in places. Please wear appropriate footwear.
